I have written to you many times and despite everything I am still waiting for you to send me the correct sneakers or refund my money. Instead you wrote to me that your accounts are blocked and you cannot refund me. I wonder how then you continue to accept orders and payments for them.??? Please review my correspondence with your website and resolve this issue.
